Attention: ZV insured clients will no longer receive a printed SZV insurance card. These clients can see their medical insurance status in their MySZV account.
Please follow the procedures below based on your situation:
If you are 18+ years and ZV insured or 62+ insured:
Click here to request your personal account for the MySZV portal.
- In your MySZV account, you can check if your medical insurance status is valid or not valid.
- With a valid medical insurance status, you will only need to show a valid Sint Maarten ID card or passport to your health care provider to get medical care or medication.
- If your medical insurance status is not valid, please contact SZV using the webform below.
In the following situations, please use our webform below:
- Your medical insurance status is not valid, in your MySZV account
- First time applicant ZV (you are an employee or a dependent)
- First time applicant 62+ / FZOG
- Renewal FZOG
