Please see below procedure on how to obtain your Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate and submit this to your pension institution(s).

Step 1: request appointment by the Civil Registry department (Census office) for Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate: http://appointments.sintmaartengov.org/services

Step 2: once you receive your document, submit this directly to your pension institution(s). See below contact details:

- SVB Curacao: e-mail the Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate to pensioenen@svbcur.org

- SVB Aruba: e-mail the Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate to pensioenen@svbaruba.org

- RCN - SZW BES islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba): e-mail the Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate to pensioen@rijksdienstcn.com

- SVB Netherlands:

A. If you received your SVB Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate document via the post from SVB Netherlands, you can call the representative of the Netherlands in Sint Maarten (Front street 26 – Convent building) via +1-721-543-0140 for an appointment to get this verified.

B. If you did not receive your SVB Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate document via the post from SVB Netherlands, you must request an appointment by the Civil Registry department (Census office) for Attestatie de Vita / Life Certificate.
