Pension department unavailable until August 31

As of September 1st, 2020 requests will be processed and responses provided. As a consequence thereof;

- We will not be able to respond to incoming requests by email or phone, during this period.
- Some pensioners will have a delay in receiving their pension payment by the end of August/beginning of September due to the late processing of their Life Certificate. These persons will receive their payment retroactively by the end of September 2020.
