If I don't have a MySZV account, does this mean I am not medically insured?
Your MySZV account gives you access to see your medical insurance status (valid or not valid), and you can see your personal information that is registered at SZV .
I don't have an e-mail address, can I still get a MySZV account?
Your e-mail address is your username for the MySZV account. You must have an active personal e-mail address to request and access your MySZV account.
I only have a work/job e-mail address, can I use this for my MySZV account?
Your MySZV account is your personal account and we recommend that you do not use your work/job e-mail address.
Where do I get the SZV IDnr and card number to request a MySZV account?
You can request this information by contacting us via info@szv.sx.
Can I upload a copy of my Driver's License when requesting a MySZV account?
No, you can only upload a copy of your valid Sint Maarten ID or Passport (any nationality).
I did not receive my activation code or this expired, what to do next?
Check the spam/junk e-mail folders for your MySZV confirmation(s) and activation code(s). If your activation code has expired, contact SZV via email at info@szv.sx.
Do my family members (spouse/children) need their own MySZV account?
All insured age 18+ should have their own MySZV account.
Do my kids need a MySZV account?
Children under the age of 18 don't need a MySZV account.
