A yellow card (Medical Report Card) is a mandatory document that needs to be signed by your family doctor and SZV when reporting sick. The days you are unfit for work and when you should return to work is written on the card. Other important information regarding sick pay is also registered.

If you are employed by Government your medical report card is BLUE.

If you are not employed by Government then your medical report card is YELLOW.
