Your yellow SZV card will be stamped by the medical referral office with your dates of travel. It is the responsibility of the insured to submit their yellow SZV card to the Medical Referrals Department to be stamped. You should provide a copy of your stamped yellow SZV card to your employer before leaving the island.

It is the duty of the insured to present for AO control between 7:30 and 10am the day after returning to the island from a medical referral abroad. If the day after falls on a weekend then the insured should present on the subsequent Monday morning or the next SZV working day in the event of it falling on a national holiday.
