In case of incapacity to work due to illness, the right to receive a loss of wages compensation expires 2 years after the first visit of the employee to SZV for this illness. If the employee is still sick after 2 years, (adjusted) job opportunities can be discussed with you as an employer or together with the Labor Office.

In case of incapacity due to an occupational accident or accident on the job there is no expiration.
