The Severance lump sum consists of:

1. 1 week of wages per year of service, for the first until the tenth full year of service;
2. 1 ¼ weeks of wages per year of service, from the eleventh until the twentieth full year of service;
3. 2 weeks of wages per year of service, for the subsequent full years of

A period of more than six months after the first year of service is considered a full year of service.

It is possible to deviate from this in a positive way by a collective labor agreement. However, if it results that SZV will pay out the severance lump sum amounts, SZV does not have to take any collective labor agreement calculations into consideration.
